We will then discuss your order with pictures via email.

When we have confirmed your order,

Gramma J will email your invoice
with instructions concerning payment.

 exact color is not 100% guaranteed.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

 

Place your order from the ready-made bows pictured

or from the personalized bow prices.

 

 

When placing your order consider;

                                     hair type/color/length
                                     the intended use of the bow(s)
                                     the age of person

 

Orders ship;

               standard shipping in the continental U.S. only

               with a tracking number

               ready-made bows in 1-3 days
                          personalized bows in 5-7 days
                                     after receipt of cleared payment

               in appropriately secured mailer

              

Add $1.00 shipping for each set of 1-5 bows.
             

 Free shipping for single orders of $15 or more of any size bows.

 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email me within 3 days of the receipt of your order. State the specific reason for your dissatisfaction. Return your order postage free. I will replace your bows with the same number and design of equal or lesser value. (ONE TIME ONLY.)

When ordering a minimum of 10 bows, one bow of greatest value will be donated to the Monroe Carell Junior Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, Nashville, TN, for the young ladies who are patients at the hospital.
